Software Development Project Manager - Full Time

*Basic Scope and Purpose: This key leadership role is responsible for managing and coordinating the resources and processes to deliver software releases of our gaming and product offerings. The Software Development Project Manager will help define the vision, definition, and strategy for the development team by driving project initiatives that deliver on our vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop requirements, budgets, and schedules for the software development projects.
- Work together with our software development team to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
- Track and report the status of projects, acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to appropriate developer, while ensuring that project scope is adequately defined.
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Demonstrate leadership abilities to our customers with the deployment of software enhancements and fixes that are coordinated based on release schedules.
- Demonstrate a software plan that meets the future needs of our customers on technical challenges of industry demands.
- Provide support as the technical lead in product and executive meetings.
- Help developers resolve technical and resource problems/issues. Monitor individual employee performance and relay information to upper management. Facilitate conversations between resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
- Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 5 years of management/leadership experience in software development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working through the design, development, and release cycle delivering software to market. - Large, enterprise application development experience preferred.
- Experience in computer programming using Java, Java Script, PHP and other web application frameworks.
- Experience solving complex and large-scale software problems.
- A successful delivery record of software systems as an individual, team leader and or/development manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of the software development cycle.
- Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem solving skills.
- Must be familiar with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and bug tracking tools such as bugzilla.
- Ability to excel in idea generation, evaluation, and prioritization, customer and partner engagement, cross-functional technical program management and building/ developing great engineering teams.
- A willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues as part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage and advocate products and projects.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.
- Ability to work with others to get things done.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong mathematical capabilities.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Customer Service Manager will create a team of in-bound customer service agents to assist company Affiliates in creating sales. You will also be responsible for creating an online knowledgebase of information to allow for customer self-help. Customer interaction will be in the form of, email, live chat and outbound phone calls. Customer Service interactions will be related to company policy, product, programs, events and Affiliate compensation

JOB DETAILS:
Prepared to manage a team, assist in responding to customer and affiliate inquiries, billing support, technical issues, cancellation requests and general product questions - Track open Support calls for timely follow-up - Interview, hire, and train our initial team of customer service agents - Conducting team and individual meetings, evaluations and trainings

REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must - Expert Level in Microsoft Office Suite and Desktop applications - Must possessexcellent time management skills - Must be able to adapt to an ever changing job requirements and external/internal customer needs

COMPENSATION:
$13 dollars per hour base - Opportunity for increase in pay once work ethic and ability are proven
